I’m marking International Day of Yoga, on Friday 21 June, by spearheading an initiative to see yoga offered on prescription as part of the NHS social prescribing initiative. The campaign will see me join yoga teachers across the UK offering free yoga classes at GP surgeries, hospitals and community centres in South Yorkshire and across the UK.
