Chair Yoga is a great way to release tension and improve flexibility for all ages and stages of life.
Sessions are fun and informal. You simply sit, stretch and strengthen your way to a happier, healthier you.

Do I need to be fit or flexible to enjoy Chair Yoga?
No, you just need to be willing to move (as much as you want to) and to enjoy yourself. This is a gentle and therapeutic class. All the movements and exercises we practice can be adapted to suit your individual needs and abilities.
I have taught Chair Yoga to many businesses and organisations, both in person and online. It provides a simple and effective way to reduce tension, increase energy and improve focus. All from the benefit of your office chair.
I have also a regular Chair Yoga class at St Luke’s Clifford House in Sheffield for many years. My students have ranged in age from teenagers to people in their 90s.
