I recently wrote about developing your own Dru Yoga practice. I’m glad so many of you seemed keen to give it a go and asked if I could recommend any helpful online resources.
The Dru Online Studio is great value and has loads of classes available to suit all needs and time available. (There is a small monthly subscription).
However, here’s a free. 10 minute class with one of my lovely Dru teachers, Nanna. In it she expertly takes you through the first of Dru’s signature Energy Block Release (EBR) sequences, EBR1.
This class is a perfect way to relax and unwind.
EBR 1 is called the 'Foundation Energy Block Release Sequence' because it provides an excellent foundation for all Dru Yoga students. Not only will this sequence provide a full body warm-up but will also help balance mind and emotions. It’s a lovely way to get energy moving and bring you to a place of deep inner stillness.

Standing - Tadasana (rocking and circling)
Side bend
Standing stretch
Finger flicks
Arm rotations
Shoulder circles
Neck movements (forward, tilt, twist)
Standing spinal twist
Forward/ back bend
