Kids are going back to school and many people are going back to work (some even in an office!) And it’s also time to return to deepening our journey in Dru Yoga and Meditation with the start of a new term of classes for the Autumn.
I am excited to announce the launch of a new Dru Meditation Class starting on Saturday 24 April 2021. It will run weekly on Saturdays, live and online via Zoom, from 9-10.30am in fixed terms of mostly six weeks. In these classes you will discover the benefits of Dru Yoga’s uniquely effective approach to meditating that blends together movement, relaxation, concentration and meditation.
Two years ago I not only featured in OM Yoga magazine, I was teaching eight classes plus private 1-2-1 sessions a week and they were all in person rather than online. Times flies and how things change. I teach almost as many now classes (and far more specialist 1-2-1 sessions) now although all from home and all through a screen.
Have you always wanted to discover the benefits of meditation? Well, now's your perfect chance. I'm starting a new five week Introduction of the Magic of Meditation course. It starts on Wednesday, 24 February from 10.30-11.30am. And free replays are available for home practice or if you aren't able to join us live. Meditation is an natural technique that can help us to cope better with the stresses and strains of modern life. In this introductory course you will discover the magic of meditation by learning about and trying-out different styles of meditation. It is fun, informative and practical.

It’s also great when you have limited space available or reduced opportunity to get up and move around. This 30 minute, introductory class is fun and informal.
